1. Introduction
SFIMC empowers IBOs to build purpose-driven enterprises aligned with our mission of financial freedom and community upliftment. By enrolling, you agree to these rules ensuring integrity, compliance, and unified growth.
2. IBO Eligibility & Enrollment
Individuals aged 18–65 may become IBOs by purchasing an SFIMC Business Package and submitting a completed Application Form with valid government ID and TIN. Sponsorship by an active SFIMC member is mandatory, and incomplete applications will be returned. SFIMC is not liable for incentive losses due to application errors.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Integrity in Representation:
IBOs must never guarantee income, misrepresent products, or use unauthorized materials. Product transparency requires sharing only approved scientific data and testimonials.
3.2 Ethical Recruitment:
Prohibited practices include pressure tactics, exploitation of relationships, or contacting prospects on "Do Not Contact" lists.
3.3 Digital Compliance:
All social media posts must include: "I am an Independent Business Owner of Success Formula International." Impersonation of SFIMC or false association with founders must be reported immediately.
4. Independent Contractor Status
IBOs operate as independent contractors, not employees. This excludes employer-employee, principal-agent, or partnership arrangements. IBOs bear full responsibility for business expenses, taxes, and local permits.
5. Business Operations
5.1 Sales & Inventory:
Inventory loading (excessive purchases for rank advancement) is prohibited. Unused products in resalable condition may be returned within 7 days based on purchased date.
5.2 Territory Management:
IBOs may operate nationwide but must respect exclusivity of SFIMC-approved physical outlets.
5.3 Compensation Plan:
Commissions derive solely from retail sales and team performance. Cross-recruiting (poaching from other SFIMC teams) warrants termination.
6. Sponsorship & Recruitment
Sponsors must provide training on SFIMC’s compensation plan and values. Unethical practices like false income claims or relationship exploitation are strictly prohibited.
7. Active Status Maintenance
Active status requires weekly sales activity. After 12 months of inactivity (Inactive Independent Business Owner or IIBO), IIBOs forfeit accrued commissions. Permanent termination occurs after 18+ months of inactivity (Permanent Inactive Business Owner or PIBO). Reactivation requires sponsoring one new IBO and Business Package sale.
8. Marketing Materials & Brand Compliance
8.1 Trademark Use:
SFIMC logos/materials require written approval. Using "Success Formula" in business names (e.g., "Success Formula Wellness Cafe") is prohibited.
8.2 Media & Events:
Press inquiries must be directed to Corporate Affairs. IBO-organized events exceeding 50 attendees need SFIMC pre-approval.
9. Training Program Guidelines
Custom training modules must align with SFIMC’s vision/mission, adhere to the Compensation Plan, and receive management pre-approval via live presentation.
10. Product Returns & Integrity
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, resalable products. Tampering with serial numbers or violating Standard Retail Pricing (SRP) results in immediate termination.
11. Commission Claims & Expiry
Commissions must be claimed within six (6) months. Unclaimed amounts after 6 months are forfeited; checks unclaimed for one (6) months are permanently voided.
12. Commission Payment Methods & Claim Procedures
12.1 Weekly Processing Cycle
Commission encashment requests must be submitted by Wednesday at 11:00 PM PHT (strict deadline). Approved requests undergo back-end processing on Thursday during business hours. Disbursement initiation occurs on Friday morning, with final fulfillment and delivery completed by Saturday before 5:00 PM PHT.
12.2 Payment Method Timelines
- Palawan Pera Padala: Funds become available by Saturday 10:00 AM for requests meeting Wednesday's cutoff, with a ₱5,000 transaction limit. IBOs must provide valid Pera Padala ID and registered mobile number in the SFIMC portal.
- Crossed Check Issuance: Checks are prepared on Friday and dispatched via courier Friday afternoon to Saturday morning. Delivery takes 5-7 business days. These "ACCOUNT PAYEE ONLY" checks require deposit to the IBO's personal bank account and cannot be cashed over-the-counter.
- Bank Transfer: Processing begins Friday, with funds clearing in 1-3 banking days. IBOs must pre-register BPI/UnionBank/BDO account details in the SFIMC portal, ensuring exact name matching.

- Cutoff Enforcement: Late requests (after Wednesday 11PM) automatically roll to the next cycle. Emergency exceptions require VP Finance approval (72-hour processing).
- Check Management: Report undelivered checks within 10 days. Replacement checks incur a ₱200 fee after the grace period. Checks expire 180 days after issuance (Sec 11 forfeiture applies).
12.4 Claim Verification Protocol
- Palawan Pera Padala: OTP verification to registered mobile + ID match at outlet
- Bank Transfer: Account name must exactly match SFIMC portal registration
- • Office Check Claims: Primary ID + biometric scan + IBO number confirmation
